Installing and commissioning Level Crossings is a complex and time consuming process. Even before the installation team arrives on the site, the materials sourcing and logistics planning is onerous and adds a lot of cost to the projects.
As a prime supplier to major rail network operators, we have many years of experience in developing rail product and application solutions. These competences have been used as a springboard into international markets working with major players across rail sectors.
Until now, installation of the Level Crossing components was done in-situ, using valuable technical resource and taking several hours to undertake the wiring, test and commission.
We can offer our customers a complete solution. Our Modular Level Crossing Island is designed to deliver all your crossing material requirements, pre-tested and plug coupled, to your site, where and when you need it.
Our LED Wig-Wags combine Unipart Dorman LED optical expertise with Unipart Rail manufacturing capabilities.
Fitted on Level Crossing barriers and gates to indicate to vehicles and pedestrians that the crossing is closed.
The Standing Red Man provides pedestrians with a warning of the same standard provided to vehicular traffic.
Used to warn Level Crossing Users of the imminent arrival of another train on the crossing.
Used to give train drivers a signal that a level crossing ahead is closed to road traffic and is safe to proceed.
A signal used on pedestrian crossings in rural locations, providing an advanced warning of an approaching train.
Level Crossing in a Box and Wig Wag
